Position Description

A well-established private GYN practice in Annandale, Virginia is seeking a Womens Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a flexible part-time (3 days/week) opportunity.

This outpatient-only role focuses on the full scope of gynecology care (no obstetrics), including preventive visits, chronic condition management, and in-office procedures. Work alongside a board-certified gynecologist and experienced clinical team in a supportive, relationship-centered environment.

✔ Potential to transition to full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient GYN care

• Perform well-woman exams and preventive screenings

• Manage acute and chronic gynecologic conditions

• Assist with and perform in-office procedures

• Deliver patient education and counseling

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active Virginia NP or PA license

• WHNP, FNP, DNP preferred

• 1+ year womens health experience required

• Strong bedside manner and patient relationship skills

• Board certification required

Compensation & Benefits

$55–$75/hour
