Position Description

Cardiology PA Locums - North Carolina, No Call

Flexible ICU schedule in North Carolina with no call, 12-hour shifts, and procedures; Cardiovascular ICU experience preferred.

Highlights

No call required; all shift-based work
Rotating day, night, and weekend options
84 hours every 2 weeks; you pick your weeks

Practice Setting

Inpatient CVICU at a leading heart institute
16-bed cardiovascular ICU
Team includes 5 intensivists and 6 advanced practice providers
EPIC EMR

Schedule

12-hour shifts: 6:30a-7p and 6:30p-7a
1-2 weeks per month needed
Day, night, and weekend blocks available

Cases and Procedures

Patient assessment, diagnostics, and treatment plans
Routine procedures: arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, pacing wires
Comprehensive cardiovascular critical care

Requirements

Certified PA
Cardiovascular ICU preferred
Active North Carolina license
ACLS, BLS, DEA required

Travel Accommodations
