Position Description

Locums - A well-known hospital is seeking an experienced Neurovascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner to assist with 12-hour shift coverage near Richmond, VA. 

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Start December 2025 to March 2026
  • 12-hr shifts
  • Days, nights, and weekend availability required
  • Call 3 shifts/week
  • Adult & geriatric patient population
  • Duties include first response to any code or stroke alert within the facility, diagnosing illnesses, treating illnesses, ordering tests, interpreting tests, writing prescriptions, and coordinating care
  • EMR EPIC
  • Active VA license, DEA, CDS, ACLS, and ENLS required
  • Competitive hourly rate, mileage, travel, lodging, and malpractice provided
