Position Description

Location: Suburbs of Charlotte, one of the area’s best places to live and work with an ideal combination of location, size and livability!

Facility: A 476-bed medical center recognized for exceptional care and patient safety, this acute care hospital offers a Level III Trauma Center, Pediatric Care Center, nationally-accredited Cancer Center, a state-of-the-art birthing center and Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and acts as an anchor for the Center system of Emergency Care Centers and free-standing hospitals

Opportunity:

• The team consists of 2 neonatologist and 5-6 NNPs
• The NICU has approximately 320 admissions and 1900 births annually, with an average daily census of 10
• NNPs work in our 16-suite, Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and will also help with covering the newborn nursery
• NNPs provide 20 hours per day of shift coverage, in collaboration with the Neonatologists who provide in-house daytime coverage and back-up call from home at night Compensation:
